Zoran Kasalović
State SecretaryMr. Kasalović was born in 1967. He graduated from the Faculty of Economy of the University of Belgrade and completed a specialist postgraduate course for taxpersons at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade.
He gained professional work experience at the National Public Revenue Administration.
Between 2004 and 2008, he was the president of the Municipality of Žitište, after which he spent the next six years as a deputy at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
In 2016 and 2017, he served as Deputy Provincial Secretary of Finance. He was appointed State Secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government in July 2017. He is fluent in Russian.
Ivan Bošnjak

Mr. Bošnjak was born in 1974. He graduated in 2000 from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Belgrade. After earning his master’s degree in 2010, in 2016 he earned his doctorate in veterinary medicine at the Facility of Veterinary Medicine, University of Belgrade.
In 2012 he was elected to the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, after which he became the mayor of Zrenjanin.
He was first appointed State Secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government when the Government took office following the 2014 election and was reappointed to the same position on 13 September 2016.
He is fluent in English and Russian.
Bojan Stević
State SecretaryMr. Stević was born in 1979. He graduated from the Business Management Department of the Faculty of Business and Industrial Management. He earned his master’s degree from the Faculty of Management at the Union University, where he majored in strategic management.
From 2001 to 2012 he worked at the national power generation and transmission company Elektroprivreda Srbije, after which he was elected deputy mayor of the City Municipality of Lazarevac, a position he held until 2016.
He was first appointed State Secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government in December 2016.
Mr. Stević is married and is a father of one.
Žikica Nestorović
State SecretaryMr. Nestorović was born in 1975. A graduate economist, he initially served as the head of technical staff of the Administrative Committee of Jablanički District, and after 2003 he was the director of the Tourism Organisation of Leskovac.
He was appointed State Secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government in July 2017.
