He was born and raised on Zlatibor. He completed primary and secondary school in Budva before enrolling at the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, where he earned his degree in law.

 

He gained his first work experience in the family business, Studio DLD, where he was responsible for legal affairs and client relations. During his studies, he spent six months in New York through a student programme, where he improved his English proficiency.

 

After completing his studies, he worked at the Manić Law Office in Belgrade, where he also completed his internship.

 

Since 2016, he has been elected as a municipal councillor in Čajetina in two consecutive terms, serving as the head of the SNS councillor group.

 

In the 2020 parliamentary elections, he was elected as a member of parliament from the “Aleksandar Vučić – For Our Children” list, where he was a member of the Committee on Judiciary, Public Administration, and Local Self-Government, the Committee on Kosovo and Metohija, and the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region. Since 2017, he has been the owner of a private company operating at multiple locations and employing dozens of people.

 

He has participated in numerous seminars and conferences in the country, focusing on national policy and improving the business environment.

 

He was appointed as State Secretary in the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in November 2022, and he was reappointed to this position at the government session held in May 2024.

 

He is a member of the SNS Presidency.

 

He is married and the father of three children.
