State Secretary

He was born on 13 June 1982, in Belgrade. He completed primary and secondary school in Aranđelovac, after which he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2010 from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University of Kragujevac.

 

He has been employed at the Health Centre in Aranđelovac since 2011, working as a doctor in the Emergency Medical Service, and, since 2021, he has been specialising in emergency medicine.

 

He is one of the founders of the Serbian Political Party “Zavetnici” and a member of its Executive and Governing Board. In the 2022 local elections, he was a candidate for the President of the Municipality of Aranđelovac and later became the head of the party’s councillor group in the local parliament.

 

His political engagement has focused on strengthening the role of local self-government, initiating numerous proposals both in the local parliament and through the party’s work in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. He is a former active athlete (basketball player and kickboxer), and today he is actively involved in sports administration. He was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on 20 June 2024.

 

He is married and the father of two children.
