The Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Branko Ružić, opened a Single Administrative Point in Kruševac today, which means that citizens in that city shall from now on be able to complete their activities related to the administration in one place, in a faster and more efficient manner.
The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government supported the adaptation of a premises and the establishment of a Single Administrative Point in Kruševac with RSD 5.5 million within the Programme “Establishment of a Single Administrative Point in Local Self-Government Units and City Municipalities”.
Minister Ružić said at the opening that this was the seventh in a row Single Administrative Point, which was opened with the support of the Ministry.
“A single administrative point as a concept represents another step towards the goal we strive for – to make interaction with the administration even more pleasant for citizens, to provide services to citizens in a more professional and faster manner, and not to harass citizens by making them visit numerous institutions, but enable them to finish their errands in one place, just like in Kruševac”, said Ružić.
The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government initiated this Programme in 2018, when eight local self-governments were supported with RSD 52 million as a pilot project in the opening of Single Administrative Points. We continued to support cities and municipalities in the opening of SAPs in 2019, when we supported six more cities and municipalities with a total of RSD 45 million.
