ONE-STOP-SHOP WAS OPENED IN GORNJI MILANOVAC

A one-stop-shop was opened in Gornji Milanovac today. The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government has supported this project with 7.5 million dinars.

Citizens in that municipality will now be able to conduct their business in one place, faster and more efficiently, without visiting several different institutions.

This is the tenth one-stop-shop opened in Serbia with the support of MPALSG, after Lazarevac, Sombor, Smederevska Palanka, Šabac, Bela Palanka,  Žitište, Kruševac, Užice and Vlasotince.

At the site of the former municipal service center, which is now a one-stop-shop in Gornji Milanovac, citizens will be able to immediately receive decisions on free transportation, average income certificates for student dormitories, excerpts from all civil registers and tax decisions.

By involving the Social Activities and Urbanism Department complete information from their remit, which has so far created doubts, will be provided to citizens.

The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government launched this program in 2018, when it piloted the opening of one-stop-shops in eight local self-governments with 52 million dinars.

Assistance to towns and municipalities in opening one-stop-shops continued in 2019, when six more towns and municipalities were supported with a total of 45 million dinars.
