The process of implementing the Special Training Program for Civil Servants in the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government for this year continued yesterday with the realization of the second training session called “Development of Personal Efficiency and Creativity” in the Serbian-Korean Information and Access Center.
Employees were introduced to innovative tools and techniques for recognizing and developing personal potential, primarily personal efficiency and creativity, in order to improve organizational effectiveness.
The Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government will continue to support the improvement of existing and the acquisition of new knowledge and skills of civil servants in areas and topics that are in line with the needs of the ministry and the type of work performed by civil servants.
