The third meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Project Group for professional affairs in coordinating and monitoring the process of implementing the Public Administration Reform Strategy in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2021-2025 has been held today, with the support of the EU4PAR project.
The Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Stanija Višekruna, has pointed out the importance of improving Human Resource Management and emphasized that great efforts have been invested in ensuring an adequate number and structure of employees and strengthening their knowledge, skills, motivation, work ethics and behaviour necessary for the implementation of current, development and strategic goals of the body.
Strategic Human Resource Management and Personnel Planning have been presented at the meeting, followed by the establishment of the operability of the Information System for Human Resource Management, as well as cooperation mechanisms with higher education institutions, instruments to support the training of public administration personnel and innovations in professional development and implementation challenges.
Today’s event was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, as well as by the representatives of the Human Resource Management Service, the National Academy of Public Administration, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, as well as by an EU4PAR expert in the field of Human Resource Management.
