Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Aleksandar Martinović, PhD, and the representatives of representative trade unions in the judiciary, the President of the Serbian Judiciary Trade Union, Slađanka Milošević, and President of the Trade Union of Judicial Organizations of Serbia, Violeta Marković, have signed the Agreement on Extending the Validity of the Special Collective Agreement for State Bodies, as well as its amendments.
Martinović has expressed his satisfaction with the fact that employees in state bodies will continue to exercise their rights provided by the provisions of the Special Collective Agreement in this way, and pointed out that an agreement was reached in the negotiations to further improve the rights and position of civil servants and state employees.
He has noted that the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government and the trade unions will continue to cooperate in good faith and mutual understanding in the coming period, and that they will continue to improve the position of employees in state bodies through further negotiations.
