The most requested training of the National Academy for Public Administration “Ethics and Integrity“, whic his mandatory for all civil servants and employees at Local Self-Government Units, is finally available online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In this way, NAPA has enabled all employees to organize their individual training attendance plan – from any location, at a time that they can adapt to their personal and professional obligations.
The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, as the authority which supervises the work of the central institution of professional training system in the public administration of the Republic of Serbia, invites all civil servants and employees at Local Self-Government Units who have yet to attend this training to visit the Academy’s LMS Platform and attend the training which will enable them to competently familiarize themselves with risky situations for the emergence of corruption, recognize ethical dilemmas, learn what a conflict of interest includes and how to strengthen a set of values and actions which constitute integrity.
The new online training “Ethics and Integrity” was developed with the support of the OSCE Mission to Serbia.
