The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government takes this opportunity to remind the public that, in cooperation with the Office for Information Technologies and eGovernment, and with the aim of further improving the Single Electoral Roll, one of the most up-to-date records in Serbia, it has established a new service on the eGovernment Portal – Request for entry/change of data in the Single Electoral Roll.
The service enables citizens, through the eGovernment Portal, to review the data about them which is contained in the Single Electoral Roll, to submit a request for entry or change of such data, as well as to have the relevant decision delivered to their eInbox in electronic form.
In order for citizens to initiate this service, they must be citizens of the Republic of Serbia of legal age who are registered users of the eGovernment Portal, and be logged in through the ConsentID mobile app or with a qualified electronic certificate. After logging in to the eGovernment Portal, the user can then view their data by clicking on the Single Electoral Roll screen and, if necessary, submit a request for data change.
The service is provided free-of-charge, while each person may submit a request exclusively for itself.
Enabling citizens to gain insight into the Single Electoral Roll electronically, as well as to submit a request for entry or change of data in the Single Electoral Roll, represents a step forward in complete digitization and the creation of an administration tailored to all citizens.
The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government hereby invites all citizens to use the latest service at the eGovernment Portal.
