The Contact Center of the republic inspections is now connected with all local self-governments, and in this way the reports of citizens and the economy which are not within the competence of the republic inspections are forwarded to the competent local inspections.
The database of the Contact Center is filled with all the necessary contact information from local self-government units.
The Contact Center, which started operating in March this year, has so far received and processed almost 10,000 applications, mainly for the market, sanitary, tax inspection and the Labor Inspectorate and other republic inspections.
The report on the work of the contact center has been restructured since last month, so it also contains information on responses to citizens and the economy sent from local self-government units and the treatment of their petitions.
In the next period, the connection of the Contact Center with the e-Inspektor software is expected to be completed, and this will result in further improvement of the monitoring of the submitted petition – ie whether and how the inspection acted on the basis of the received petition, as well as what the results of the inspection were, including monitoring court cases arising from inspections.
