The Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Aleksandar Martinović, PhD, the President of the Trade Union of the Serbian Administration, Slađan Bobić, and the Secretary General of the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM), Nikola Tarbuk, have signed a Special Collective Agreement on Amendments to the Special Collective Agreement for Employees at Local Self-Government Units, which specifies certain provisions regarding the rights and obligations of employees in the bodies, services and organizations of Local Self-Government Units.
They also signed the Agreement on Extending the Validity of the Special Collective Agreement for Employees at Local Self-government Units until 31 May 2026 at the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government today, which ensures unhindered and continuous exercise of the rights provided under the Collective Agreement for the employees at Local Self-government Units.
Martinović has stressed that the cooperation achieved by the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government in the social dialogue with all the participants, representative trade unions and SCTM is at a high level. He added that negotiations on improving the position of employees in state bodies and bodies, organizations and services in Local Self-Government Units will continue in the coming period.
The President of the Trade Union of the Serbian Administration, Slađan Bobić, had signed today the Special Collective Agreement on Amendments to the Special Collective Agreement for State Authorities and the Agreement on Extending the Validity of the Special Collective Agreement for State Authorities, by which the agreement of all three representative trade unions participating in collective negotiations for the conclusion of the Special Collective Agreement on Amendments to the Special Collective Agreement for State Authorities and the Agreement on Extending the Validity of the Special Collective Agreement for State Authorities until 31 May 2026 was reached.
