The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government shall conclude the Single Electoral Roll for voting in the constitutional referendum at midnight, which is being conducted in order to confirm the Act on Changing the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, announced for 16 January 2022.
The total number of voters, in accordance with the law, shall be announced by the body responsible for conducting the constitutional referendum, while the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government will make subsequent updates to the Single Electoral Roll at the request of voters from 1-12 January 2022.
On 30 November 2021, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ivica Dačić, had announced a constitutional referendum in order to confirm the Act on the Change of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
