EBRD Director for the Western Balkans based in Serbia, Zsuzsanna Hargitai, visited today Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, where she talked with Lady Minister Marija Obradović and associates, about the current cooperation in the implementation of several projects, as well as about donations and investments of this organization in the reform processes in Serbia.
During the meeting, work priorities of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government have been presented for this mandate, and special attention was paid to the EBRD’s support for the reform of inspection supervision.
The conversation highlighted the EBRD’s support for the digitalization process and its effects on the economy and population in Serbia, especially in the context of COVID 19 pandemic.
EBRD Director Hargitai and Lady Minister Obradović agreed that good cooperation will also continue at the operational level, especially in the work of the Support Unit of the Coordination Commission for Inspection Supervision of the Government of Serbia, but also in the Sector for European Integration and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government.
