Under the Component 1 of the fifth phase of Exchange 5 Programme, funded by the European Union through the National IPA 2014 Programme, the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities – Alliance of towns and municipalities (SCTM) is launching an open call for expression of interest to select experts in fields regarding property management at the local level. The Programme holder is the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, and it is implemented by SCTM. The Programme has been implemented since April 2017 and proposed duration is 36 months. Deadline for submission of applications expressing interest for proposed engagement is 15 February 2018 until 24:00.
