PROJECT AIM: Review of the necessary knowledge of public administration employees in the field of financial management, accounting and auditing, and/or financial control; designing and accrediting complementary master programmes by partner institutions in Serbia and Albania. Within the framework of the execution of the Project, the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the Republic of Serbia, in collaboration with the Human Resource Management Service and the National Academy for Public Administration, conducts activities relating to the process of pre-selection of civil servants and employees in the units of local self-government, who will have an opportunity, after having passed the entrance examination, to attend free master programmes accredited under the execution of the project. In accordance with the Project, around 110 civil servants (from the central and the local level) will have an opportunity to attend master studies free of charge at the Faculty of Organisational Sciences of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration of the Metropolitan University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics of the University of Kragujevac and the University of Novi Pazar.
