PROJECT TITLE: Support to the Public Administration Reform in Serbia

PARTNERS: Human Resource Management Service, Republic Secretariat for Public Policy, General Secretariat of the Government, SCTM, Core Negotiating Team for Conducting Negotiations for the Accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union

PROJECT AIM: Support for the implementation of the Law on General Administrative Procedure, preparation of the good governance index on the local level within the framework of the SCTM e-system for the evaluation of the activities of the LSG, which will be used to measure the actions of LSG in areas such as: efficiency of the activities of the administration, public participation in activities, responsibility, rule of law, non-discrimination etc.; support for an impact assessment of the 3 laws, support for the improvement of the human resource management in the state administration, through the preparation and implementation of competency framework and application of  instruments for human resource management; support aimed at the improvement of public administration capacities for the successful implementation of the process of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union.
