Born in 1976 in Slavonski Brod, in the Republic of Croatia.

 

Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad in 1999, with a 9.38 GPA. He obtained his master’s degree at the same faculty in 2003, defending his master’s thesis “The concept of administration in Serbian legal science”, and in 2011 he defended his doctoral dissertation “The relationship between government and administration – with special reference to Serbian and German law”.

 

He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, where he teaches several courses in the field of Public Law at undergraduate, master’s and doctoral studies.

 

He began to engage in political work in 1997, as a member of the Serbian Radical Party. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Serbian Progressive Party. He is a member of the Presidency and Main Board of the Serbian Progressive Party.

 

He was elected as MP in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia six times: in 2007, 2008, 2014, 2016, 2020 and 2022. During his MP tenures, he served as deputy president of the Serbian Radical Party Parliamentary Group, deputy president of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, as well as president of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group. He was also a member or chair of several committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

 

He is married, has one son and two daughters.
