ALL INSPECTIONS SHALL BE COORDINATED IN THE CONTROL OF IMPLEMENTATION OF COVID-19 CONTROL MEASURES

At today’s session of the Government’s Coordination Commission for Inspection Supervision, a Working Group was formed to coordinate national inspections during the control of measures to prevent spread of COVID-19.

This means that as of today, the fight against COVID-19 includes inspections that until now did not have the authority to control the implementation and compliance with the measures to prevent virus spread – veterinary, market, labor inspection, tax, but also all the others, according to their number, smaller inspections.

Serbia has 44 inspections at the Republic level, and all of them shall start supervision throughout the territory of whole Serbia, under the leadership of Sanitary Inspection.

Surveillance Plans for various inspections at the local and national level will be coordinated and will target, above all, high-risk areas, i.e. facilities where the application of measures has the greatest effect for preventing the virus spread.
