FROM TODAY, DECEMBER 28TH, 2020, “ONE-STOP SHOP” ALSO IN STARA PAZOVA

Today the 14th “One-Stop Shop” (OSS) was opened in the municipality of Stara Pazova. As of today, the residents of this municipality can do all their work with the local administration in one place.

OSS in Stara Pazova, for the establishment of which the municipality received budget funds at the competition by Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, was opened by Lady Minister, Marija Obradović and Deputy Municipal President, Marina Savić, in the presence of the municipal leadership and MP Maja Grbić.

“Congratulations to the citizens and the management of Stara Pazova, because today your municipality received a new and modern service, a service that will be fully serving your citizens. OSS is one place, one counter, one office where citizens come and submit their requests or applications, and employees in the municipality do everything else for them. In practice, OSS is what is called Public Administration Reform, which will make municipalities, towns and the entire country a service to the citizens of Serbia. Public Administration Reform is focused on the citizens and the economy of our country, and everything it brings should be tailored to their measure and needs, that is, tailored to all of us,” said Obradović.

She invited the residents of Stara Pazova to use the services that the municipality will provide them with this new service, and the municipal leadership to acquaint citizens with the new work mechanism, and primarily with all the benefits that OSS brings, as well as to improve the system, increase the number of services, to cooperate with other environments that have introduced OSS in their work, as well as to be an example to those who have yet to do so.

With the opening of OSS in Stara Pazova, all projects for which contracts were signed in the years 2018 and 2019 were implemented. OSS was given to the citizens of Lazarevac, Šabac, Žitište, Smederevska Palanka, Bela Palanka, Sombor, Kruševac, Vlasotince, Užice, Gornji Milanovac, Rača, Pirot, Kuršumlija and Stara Pazova.

Agreements on the Establishment of OSS were signed this year by the municipalities of Paraćin, Topola and Kosjerić, and their opening is expected in the next year.
