The online application for taking the inspector’s exam starts today.
From now on, state administration bodies and local self-government units will submit applications for exams for inspectors for their employees exclusively electronically, using software solution for professional exams, established by the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, with the support of the Office for Information Technology and Electronic Administration.
Lady Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Marija Obradović, said that this is the third professional exam within the scope of the Ministry, in which the entire process of candidates’ applying for exams has been completely digitized, because the new system enables electronic communication with users through a single electronic administration and electronic mailbox, with full application of electronic document and electronic signature. „The ideal we strive for is paperless administration, and this system is a step forward towards that objective“ stated Lady Minister Obradović.
In the middle of last year, the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government enabled submission of online applications for taking the State Professional Level Exam and a Special Professional Exam for Registrars, and by the end of this year we expect introduction of an electronic application for the exam for a Communal Police Officer.
„These exams are taken annually by several thousand employees in public administration and we believe that the digitalization of the application and the entire Ministry work procedure will significantly affect the efficiency, economy and transparency in the work of all those who participate in the procedures of professional examinations“, concluded Lady Minister Obradović.
