MARTINOVIĆ IN KRALJEVO: WITH COOPERATION BETWEEN MDULS AND THE CITY, RIBNICA WILL GET TWO NEW CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUNDS

During today’s visit to Kraljevo, the Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Aleksandar Martinović, PhD, and the State Secretary in this Ministry, Maja Mačužić Puzić, have visited the site in Ribnica, where the construction of a modern children’s playground is planned. On this occasion, the minister has announced the possibility that MDULS would finance the implementation of this project with funds from the Budget for 2024.

“The city will prepare the design and technical documentation for the construction of this playground in a timely manner, while Kraljevo will finance the construction of another children’s playground, near the Primary School “Vuk Karadžić”. We do all this for the sake of our children, to provide our children with much better conditions for growing up and education than the ones we had. We are fighting for our youngest to have a peaceful and safe future and good living conditions,” Martinović has said.

In Kraljevo, the minister also held a meeting with the President of the Temporary Authority of Kraljevo, Predrag Terzić, with whom he discussed projects which were implemented under cooperation between MDULS and the City. One of those projects is the implementation of a system for electronic management of sessions of the MA Kraljevo.

During the tour of the assembly hall, Martinović has emphasized that, taking into account the size of the city, the number of inhabitants and its historical importance, Kraljevo absolutely deserves such premises, which now look impressive and which certainly facilitate the functioning of the MA Kraljevo.

The minister has also visited the company “Trijumf Stanić” today in Kraljevo, which is engaged in the production and trade of cakes, where he pointed out that this factory is another proof that the policy implemented by the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and the Government of the Republic of Serbia supports local entrepreneurs.

“We shall continue to support our entrepreneurs and their development. The State policy is focused on the development of all Local Self-Government Units, the opening of new factories, new jobs, and investments in infrastructure. A lot has been achieved through the synergy between the State and Kraljevo in this city, and I am sure that this cooperation will also continue in the future, because Kraljevo must not stop, because Serbia must not stop,” Martinović has concluded.

Minister Martinović used the opportunity of his visit to Kraljevo to donate laptops to the municipal administration as a form of support for the development and functioning of electronic administration. He also donated laptops to the Žiča Monastery, which he also visited today.
