MDULS STARTED THE PROCEDURE FOR AMENDING THE LAW ON INSPECTION SUPERVISION

The first meeting of the internal Working Group for the preparation of the working version of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Inspection Supervision, established by the Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Aleksandar Martinović, PhD, was held today at the premises of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government.

The task of the Working Group is to define the text of the Report on the ex-post analysis of the effects of the Law on Inspection Supervision, which the Ministry has been working on for the past few months, as well as to determine the proposal of basic information on the planned solutions and make a draft of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Inspection Supervision.

During the drafting of the ex-post analysis of the effects, the Ministry sent an invitation to the public administration bodies/inspections and the Serbian Inspectors’ Network to state the issues concerning the implementation of the Law on Inspection Supervision, as well as to propose solutions in order to improve the legal framework in the field of inspection supervision.
