The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government opened today a public debate on the Draft Law on Referendum and Civil Initiatives.
The Ministry invites representatives of state authorities, civil society organisations, the expert community and other stakeholders to familiarise themselves with the Draft Law and make their proposals, comments and suggestions.
After the public debate, the Ministry will analyse all comments, proposals and suggestions made by participants in the public debate and draw up a report of public debate on the basis of them within 15 days of closing the public debate.
The public debate is open from 8 to 29 July 2021.
