REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ČOKA VISIT THE MINISTRY

Representatives of the municipality of Čoka visited the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government today, where, within the regular working meetings organized by the Ministry with local leaders, they talked with Minister Marija Obradović.

The meeting focused on improving the capacity of officials in the municipal administration, the project of building a green market in the municipality of Čoka, which is financed from a loan arrangement with the European Investment Bank, as well as the project of improving electronic administration of the municipal administration of Čoka, for which this municipality received funds from the Budget Fund at the competition of the Ministry.

Minister Obradović pointed out that the doors of the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government, as the parent houses of all cities and municipalities, are open for all kinds of help and support to local self-government units.

The president of the municipality of Čoka, Stana Đember, is one of the signatories of the Charter of Women’s Solidarity, i.e. one of the 22 mayors and presidents of municipalities in Serbia, whose work Minister Obradović continuously supports.
