RUŽIĆ OPENS A SINGLE ADMINISTRATIVE POINT IN BELA PALANKA

The Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Branko Ružić, opened a Single Administrative Point in Bela Palanka today, which shall enable citizens in this municipality to complete errands within the administration at one point, in a faster and more efficient manner.

The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government has supported this project with RSD 5.2 million.

“I am glad that the citizens of Bela Palanka will now have one point where they will be able to complete their errands within the administration and that they will no longer have to visit several different institutions. In that way, we are saving the time and money of our citizens”, said Minister Ružić.

He reminded that this was the fifth single administrative point that was opened with the support of the Ministry.

The citizens of Bela Palanka will be able to get the necessary certificates at the Single Administrative Point, submit requests for child allowance, social assistance, and certify documents…

The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government initiated this project in 2018, when eight local self-governments were supported with RSD 52 million as a pilot project in the opening of Single Administrative Points. We continued to support cities and municipalities in the opening of SAPs over the course of 2019, when we supported six additional cities and municipalities with a total of RSD 45 million dinars, while RSD 30 million are intended for this project in 2020.
