On Monday, September 27, 2021, the third meeting of the HR Network, specifically, the HR units of public administration bodies, was held at the “Klub Poslanika” (the Club of Deputies).
Aside from the representatives of the HR units, the meeting was also attended by prof. Danilo Rončević, PhD, Director of the HRMS, Dejan Miletic, PhD Acting Director of the National Academy of Public Administration, Ivana Savićević, Assistant Minister of MPALSG, Head of the Human Resources Management Sector, Dragana Janković, Assistant Director of the HRMS and Dejan Kostić, PhD, Assistant Director of the HRMS.
New activities of HR units carried out in the previous period were presented to the participants of the meeting, along with the current and new tools relevant for the staff working at the HR units. The reports of the HR units of the Treasury Administration and the Customs Administration on the recruitment procedure and performance assessment were also presented. Ivana Savićević, Assistant Minister of MPALSG, spoke about the upcoming activities related to strengthening the capacity of HR units in public administration bodies of the Republic of Serbia and presented the latest findings of the Draft 2021 SIGMA Report related to the professionalization of personnel units. Dejan Miletić, PhD, Acting Director of the National Academy of Public Administration presented to the attendees the Project “Strengthening the Professional Capacity of Senior Civil Servants in Serbia”, approved under the National Program IPA 2019.
The meeting was held by the Human Resources Management Service with the support of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
