FINAL CONSULTATION ON THE OPEN GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIP ACTION PLAN IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA FOR 2018-2020

The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, in cooperation with the competent state administration bodies, local self-government units and civil society organisations forming the Special Interministerial Working Group, prepared the Working Draft of the Open Government Partnership Action Plan in the Republic of Serbia for 2018-2020.

Three consultative meetings have been held as part of the Action Plan drafting process, in Belgrade in April and in Niš and Šabac in October. At those meetings, the participants presented their proposals for commitments to be included in the new Action Plan and discussed the commitments proposed by members of the Special Interministerial Working Group.

In line with the commitments arising from Serbia’s participation in the Open Government Partnership and in an effort to ensure the broadest possible consultation process and involve all stakeholders, the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government and the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society hereby announce the final consultation even in the process of drafting this document, which will be held from 27 November to 11 December 2018.
