Publication: Methods of human resources development: Summary

The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government prepared, with the support of German development cooperation in Serbia, a publication “Methods of Human Resources Development: Summary”, which aims to present in a qualified and comprehensive manner, in a necessary scope, all forms of professional development as specified by new regulations. The publication provides an overview of forms of professional development programs, determines their place in methods of human resources development (classical and modern methods), as well as individual characteristics of each of these methods. It is intended primarily for bodies, organizations and persons responsible for human resources management in the public administration, which will be in need to, among other things, define in the upcoming period the most adequate forms and methods of training implementation in preparing professional development programs.
