SOURCE OF FUNDING: MDULS Budget
VALUE: 30,000,000 dinars (in accordance with the Law on Budget for 2020). In order to eliminate the harmful consequences caused by the Covid-19 disease, the budget for projects was reduced by the Decree of the Government of Serbia and amounts to 20,000,000 dinars.

PROJECT GOAL: Public Administration Reform is reflected in efforts to ensure the most efficient provision of services to citizens. A single administrative point is nothing but one counter, one office, or ePortal through which citizens can address the administration when they need to complete a task and thus exercise one of their rights.
The basic idea of introducing a single administrative point is to make it a bridge between citizens and the Administration, a single access point for citizens to communicate with all bodies with which they would otherwise have to come into direct contact to exercise their rights. Thanks to the single administrative point, citizens will be able to submit their requests in one place, get all relevant information and, after fast and efficient cooperation of all relevant bodies for a specific procedure, and in communication with only one body, i.e. official, get the appropriate solution, confirmation and similar.
