PROJECT NAME: Restructuring and optimization of public administration

PROJECT OBJECTIVE: Support the optimization process in several subsystems of public administration as a complementary measure of the overall process of rationalization, in accordance with the priorities and measures set out in the Strategy of Public Administration Reform in RS and the Action Plan. The project provided an MDULS grant to establish a Change Management Team, to support the creation and implementation of action plans based on World Bank recommendations, which were developed from World Bank functional analyzes.
