He was born in Vrbas on 23 September 1987. He completed the Isa Bajić elementary school in Kula, where he grew up. He completed the socio-linguistic high school in Vrbas.

He completed his undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad and earned the title of Master of Law.

During the summer of 2009, he spent time at the Queen Mary University of London.

After his studies, he worked as a law trainee and legal consultant. In 2014, he completed his internship at the Secretariat for Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government of the Provincial Government.

Since January 2015, he has been holding regular lectures on the analysis of political processes in the United States at the American Corner in Novi Sad, a library that operates within the Novi Sad Cultural Centre.

Since February 2017, he has been holding regular lectures on geopolitics at the Novi Sad Cultural Centre. From September 2014 to October 2017, he worked at the Secretariat for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry of the Provincial Government, in the Sector for Legal and General Affairs.

Rajić was appointed by the Secretariat as the manager of two IPA cross-border cooperation projects Serbia – Hungary, in one of which the Secretariat is the lead partner. The projects have a total value of over EUR 7,325,000. One of the projects is the second largest cross-border project co-financed by the EU in the history of AP Vojvodina. He also managed a cooperation project with the Department of Agriculture of the Stuttgart District (FR Germany) for more than four years. He holds a certificate from the Republic of Poland, as well as from the Fund for European Affairs of the AP Vojvodina, certifying that he is a person trained to create and manage projects financed or co-financed from European Union funds.

Since October 2017, he has been employed by the Assembly of the AP Vojvodina as an advisor for interregional cooperation. From 2018 to 2020, he served as Assistant Secretary General of the Service of the Assembly of the AP Vojvodina.

In the parliamentary elections held on 21 June 2020, he was elected as a member of parliament on the list Aleksandar Vučić – For Our Children. In this convocation, he was a member of the Committee on European Integration and the Committee on Foreign Affairs, a member of the Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Serbia to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, and the Chairman of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Hungary. In February 2021, he became a special advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikola Selaković, holding this position until November 2022.

In January 2023, he was appointed as a Special Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Miloš Vučević, holding this position until May 2024.

In May 2024, he was appointed as Advisor to the Prime Minister, Miloš Vučević, with special responsibility for domestic policy.

At the invitation of the State Department, he visited the USA in 2022, as an IVLP participant. On that occasion, he was received in the House of Representatives, the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, the State Department, and the Pentagon. As an envoy of Minister Vučević, he visited the USA in 2024, when he was also received in the aforementioned institutions.

He participated in the central youth conference of the European People’s Party in Athens in 2018.

Rajić is a co-founder of the Svetozar Miletić Foundation from Novi Sad.

He is a permanent foreign policy commentator for Radio Television of Serbia, national frequency media, specialized portals, and reputable foreign media.

He practiced karate, attended music school, and is the author of the geopolitical show Stabilokratija.

He speaks English, Hungarian, and Russian, and also speaks German, Spanish, Belarusian, and Ukrainian passively.
