The Sector for the State Administration System performs tasks related to the preparation of strategic documents, laws, other regulations and general acts in the following areas:

 

  • State/public administration system
  • Organization and work of ministries and special organizations, public agencies and public services
  • Administrative procedure
  • Inspection supervision
  • Elections for republican bodies
  • Protector of citizens
  • Free access to information of public importance
  • Office operations and e-government

 

The Sector for the State Administration System continuously monitors EU regulations and proposes the harmonization of domestic regulations in areas within the scope of the Sector with EU regulations.

 

The Sector for the State Administration System prepares opinions on drafts, i.e. proposals for laws, regulations and other general acts that other proposers submit to the MDULS for opinion or consent.

 

The Sector for the State Administration System also performs normative tasks related to the seal of state and other bodies, as well as tasks of supervision over the purposefulness of the work of professional services of administrative districts.

 

The Sector for the State Administration System performs tasks related to the management of public administration reform by collecting and analyzing data necessary for monitoring the achievement of goals set in planning documents.

 

The Sector for the State Administration System implements the partnership initiative for open administration through cooperation with public administration bodies, organizations and institutions, as well as civil society organizations.

 

It should be specially noted that the Sector for the State Administration System performs professional and administrative-technical tasks related to supporting the Coordination Commission for Inspection Supervision and, in this regard, develops e-government in the field of inspection supervision.
